My Muscle Building Secret
I’m going to talk to you about my muscle building secret. There is so much misinformation out there on this subject that it is almost impossible to figure out how to build muscle correctly. I’ve been doing this for almost a decade now and I’ve only really understood what it takes for a few years now. It requires a lot of dedication to the process and a use of all the science that is out there. All of us can put on muscle if we use the correct information backed on science to make our plan. I’m going to share what I’ve learned that will help you.
Before you can actually start building muscle, you need to learn to feed your body the proper nutrients to actually repair muscle fiber. If you don’t have a good diet, than you’re just wasting potential muscle growth. This was a lesson that took me a while to learn, but when I learned it my muscles greatly grew. I think the best thing you can start to do is cut out all that processed food that most of us eat. It’s just full of all these chemicals that serve no purpose for muscle building. In my opinion, these chemicals actually slow down the process of muscle growth, which is something that you don’t want.
The whole secret to building muscle is shock, stress and adapt. That’s all it takes. The problem is people goto the gym, workout for 60+ minutes and never even break a sweat. Completely unproductive. I workout in 7 minutes. It is the most intense 7 minutes I’ll have all day. I’m drenched in sweat, but the amount of stress and shock applied to the body is so great that muscles are forced to grow.
